As an alternative option to paying via normal cash methods, customers can apply for a Trade Credit Account with us, and pay their account on 30-day credit terms.
We will require the following Application Documentation:
A complete signed and dated ‘Brickhunter Credit Application Form’
A company letterhead
A proof of address document, dated within the past 3 months (acceptable proof of address documents include: utility bills, credit card statements, lease agreements, mobile phone bills, etc)
All documentation can be sent via email to financeteam@brickhunter.com for review. Once the documents have been received, our Finance Team will endeavour to review and provide a decision within 24 hours of receipt.
Our review process for Limited Companies/LLP’s will vary slightly to that of Sole Traders/Partnerships:
Limited Companies/LLP’s: We perform an Experian Business check, to confirm the details contained in the application documentation provided. We will review, and base our approved Credit Limit value as no more than the suggested Experian Credit Limit.
Sole Traders/Partnerships: We will contact your company accountant, to confirm the details contained in the application documentation provided. We will perform an independent risk review of all documentation, and will base our approved credit limit off of this.
Please note, we are unable to provide credit accounts to any customers who are particularly high risk, insolvent, or are in the process of liquidating their company.
